$500 OFF RENT PER REFERRAL

Residents who refer a new prospect may be rewarded monetarily. The referral fee is subject to applicable state guidelines.

The referring resident's name and apartment number should be documented on the prospect's Guest Card and application.
The referral fee will be paid to the referring resident 30 days after the new resident's move-in date, not before.
The referred move-in must have an account in good standing (no balance due to NSF) prior to paying the resident referral fee.
A referred new resident cannot be a current resident of a ResProp Management managed property.
A referred resident cannot be a prior resident of the same property. If the applicant lived in the property before and is returning to sign a new lease, the applicant does not qualify as a referred resident.
Resident referrals are only paid on leases that are six months or more.
